ags8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the ags8 Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced through our KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned, subject to identity verification.

2.2 Geographic Scope. The ags8 Platform is operated as an international online betting service. It is primarily designed for players in the Indonesian market. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ags8 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, household, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

2.4 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that all information you provide to ags8 is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of ags8 services, you must complete the registration form accurately. You are required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, and your personal details as prompted. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed truthfully.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ags8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 KYC Verification. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, ags8 requires you to complete our KYC verification procedure. This involves submitting:

• A clear photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a bank statement or utility bill); and
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note showing the current date.

3.4 Verification Timelines. Standard KYC review is completed within 1–24 hours (WIB). During peak periods — including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and other national holidays — review may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete.

3.5 Account Accuracy. You must ensure that the name and banking details on your ags8 Account match those on your registered payment accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja). Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or account review.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ags8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels is subject to change; refer to the Cashier section of your Account for current options.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In the event of any delay, you should contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number. ags8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Mini mum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned subject to the applicable payment provider's reversal policy.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by our automated payout system. The majority of withdrawals are completed within three minutes of submission. In cases requiring manual review — typically for first-time withdrawals or high-value transactions — processing may take up to four hours (WIB business hours). ags8 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a receiving fee.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment channel and account tier. VIP members enjoy elevated withdrawal limits; contact our support team for current tier-specific limits.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in your verified name;
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before cash withdrawal is permitted;
• ags8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000.

4.7 Currency. All transactions on the ags8 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ags8 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, ags8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for welcome bonus treatment. Players who have previously held an ags8 Account under any identity are not eligible for new-player promotions.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ags8 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times; exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies; or colluding with other players to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

5.5 Promotion Availability. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and major sporting events such as the BRI Liga 1 season, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds — are available to eligible players for the stated promotional period only. ags8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Game Integrity. All RNG-based games available on the ags8 Platform — including slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, and table games — are independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game panel.

6.2 Sports Betting. ags8 offers sports betting markets covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, the Champions League, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and a broad range of other international competitions. Markets include Asian handicap, Over/Under, 1×2, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Specific rules governing each market type are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games stream in real time from certified studios operated by providers including Evolution Gaming and other tier-one suppliers. Live game outcomes are final and non-disputable once the round is officially closed by the dealer.

6.4 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or studio operator. In the event of a dispute, ags8's decision — informed by official result sources — is final. Incorrectly settled bets will be corrected and reprocessed; affected players will be notified.

6.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection or platform error during a game round, ags8 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last verified state. Where this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. ags8 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.6 Maximum Win Limits. ags8 applies maximum single-session win caps on certain game types. These limits are disclosed within the applicable game panel and promotional terms. Wins exceeding applicable caps will be paid up to the maximum stated limit.

7.1 Commitment. ags8 is committed to the responsible provision of gambling services. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity, not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. We provide a range of player-protection tools free of charge to all registered members.

7.2 Available Tools. Players may request the following controls at any time by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your Account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of the time elapsed during your session;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account from further gambling activity.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, ags8 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the affected player from opening a new account or receiving promotional communications.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ags8 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion measures;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's services or negatively impacts other players' experience.

8.2 ags8 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance adjustment, or permanent closure, without prior notice.

9.1 All content on the ags8 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of ags8 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any Platform content without ags8's prior written consent.

9.3 Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and associated intellectual property remain the sole property of their respective owners. ags8 licenses these titles for distribution on the Platform.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ags8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.

10.2 ags8 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain consistent uptime and to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance.

10.3 ags8's maximum aggregate liability to any player, arising from any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ags8's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your ags8 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Closure by ags8. ags8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances are returned subject to verification requirements. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.

12.1 ags8 is operated as an internationally licensed platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ags8 holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or interpretation — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by ags8's licensing jurisdiction.

12.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ags8 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

13.1 ags8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections or formatting updates — may be made without prior notice.

13.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ags8 recommends that you bookmark this page and check it each time you access the Platform.
